The experience gained in various departments starting from the position of a waitress and catering department, through the reservations, conferences and banquets department leads to the conclusion that she understands the needs of the customer. Her real passion, however, was the area of Revenue Management and the ability to build the company's strategy. She used outstanding analytical skills to create proprietary tools to maximize revenue and control costs recognized in the Carlson Rezidor network as a "Best Practice".

The personality of the leader, her own ambitions and determination helped to achieve outstanding financial results, but also to develop her staff for the positions of Middle and Senior Management.

In the work, she distinguished by her professionalism and personal commitment. She requires from herself at least 100% of dedication, and expects the same attitude from others. She infects people with her passion, guided by the motto that a common specific purpose and effect of synergy guarantees the broadly defined "growth".
