Filip Skrzeszewski

Filip Skrzeszewski is a hotelier with experience and sales skills, which undoubtedly include him to the best in the industry. For eight years he worked on various positions in the 4 and 5 star hotels, and another six in the booking portal HRS.

The first years of his career were an experience gaining in the reservations department at the Jan III Sobieski, and then Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel, Warsaw. He worked here in the group reservations department and took his first steps in sales. The following ranks gained in the group of hotels Siren, where he was responsible for working with corporate clients, the development of sales in the segment of individual and conference booking.

Since 2011, he was associated with the HRS Group (one of the largest booking portals in the world) as leader in Managed Travel. Here he was responsible for global cooperation with customers and for customer acquisition in central and western Poland. His biggest success was the signing of the first global agreement for HRS Poland offices with the company which hotel expenses were around 10 euro million per year. He has been awarded with the Sales Performance Award for the best sales results.

With the beginning of 2016 year, he decided to start cooperation with Z-Factor - dynamically growing player in the hospitality industry, the author of Demand Outlook, Test Call Program and other unique solutions for sales support in hotels.
